International Companies wishing to participate in one of the VietMarkets’ Expositions will  need to,

 

• Complete the EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM on this site,

or

• Email Mr. Paul Phillips at of their interest to do so.

or​

• Complete the BOOK & PAYMENTS FORM on this site

Participating Companies will be asked to select which month of the

Vietmarkets Expositions

they would like to participate at, within the Expression of Interest Form  or Book & Payment Form of this site

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM

Upon receipt of your Expression of Interest  or email, we will put a temporary hold on one stand at the Expo of your choice, for your company, for 14 days while we correspond together, regards any questions you may have about the Expos or Vietnamese Market.

Any time during this 14 day period, if you wish to proceed with participation at the EXPO, you can complete the BOOKING & PAYMENT FORM on this site and we will begin working with you on the design & construction of your stand.

 

If you do not wish to proceed after 14 days we will remove the temporary hold we had placed on one stand for you, and reallocate it to another interested party.

 

BOOKING & PAYMENT FORM

The BOOKING & PAYMENT FORM has the Term & Conditions incorporated within the form.

​

Once companies completed the form and remitted their Basic Stand payment, the VietMarkets Team will begin working with the exhibitor on their Stand Designs, Needs, Printing, Videos and Transportation of Display Items to Vietnam.

*** Stands will be allocated on a first come first served basis, and as stated earlier there will only be 20 stands available in any one month of the VietMarkets Exposition.

CONSTRUCTION OF STANDS

​

Stands can be within reason, tailor made to suit each Displayer's designs & needs.

VIETMARKETS EXPO OPENING TIMES

The Expo will be open Monday through to Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
